30 Countries Do Not Recognize Israel
With the exception of five countries—Belize, Bolivia, Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela—the countries that do not recognize Israel are predominantly Muslim. Iraq, Lebanon, and Syria have never recognized Israel and technically remain in a state of war with the country.
India's support for the Palestinian cause is an integral part of the nation's foreign policy. In 1974, India became the first Non-Arab State to recognize Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) as the sole and legitimate representative of the Palestinian people.

Does Russia support Palestine?
In addition to 60 tons of aid consisting of tents, medicines, and foods, President Medvedev ordered extra humanitarian aid to be sent to the Palestinians. Russia continues to support the creation of a Palestinian State to achieve lasting peace in the Middle East.
While some argue that many in the British government at the time were Zionists themselves, others say the declaration was issued out of an anti-Semitic reasoning, that giving Palestine to the Jews would be a solution to the “Jewish problem”.
The kind of indiscriminate bombing we have seen in the past month is undoubtedly part of Israel's effort to assert deterrence in relation to Hamas, as well as Hezbollah. The message is clear: look at the destruction in Gaza and beware.
Japan's support to Palestine
Japan is actively providing assistance to the Palestinians. During the period 1993–2002, economic aid was provided, totaling US$630 million, at an annual average of US$85 million, through UNRWA, the United Nations Development Programme and UNICEF.
Pakistan remains a staunch supporter of the proposal for the creation of an independent Palestinian state, and in line with its pro-Palestinian doctrine, does not recognize the State of Israel (see Israel–Pakistan relations).
As part of the 2020 Abraham Accords, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco all established normalized bilateral ties with Israel. Pressure was again exerted by the Arab League after the 1973 Arab–Israeli War, which led Cuba, Mali, and the Maldives to break off ties with Israel.
Following the revolution, Iran ended its alliance with Israel and started supporting the Palestinians, symbolized by turning over the Israeli embassy in Tehran to the Palestine Liberation Organization.
Promoting peace between Israel and the Palestinian Authority is a major priority for Jordan. It supports U.S. efforts to mediate a final settlement, which it believes should be based on the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative, proposed by Saudi Arabia.
The two countries' borders also meet at the shoreline of the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea. Peace between Egypt and Israel has lasted for more than forty years and Egypt has become an important strategic partner of Israel.
The People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State of Israel formally established diplomatic relations in 1992. While the Republic of China had de jure recognized Israeli sovereignty in 1949, it eventually lost the Chinese Civil War, bringing the PRC's Communist Party to power across mainland China.

As of 2020, Israel has diplomatic ties with 164 out of the other 192 member states of the United Nations, as well as with the Holy See, Kosovo, the Cook Islands and Niue. Some other countries recognize Israel as a state, but have no diplomatic relations.
The Italian government was one of the first Western governments to establish relations with the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO). Since then, Italy has been a strong supporter of the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination.
France is also the friend of the Palestinian people and supports the creation of a Palestinian State, living within secure and recognized borders alongside Israel, with Jerusalem as the capital of both States.
In 1988, India became one of the first countries to recognize the Palestinian State. In 1996, India opened its Representative Office in Gaza, which was later shifted to Ramallah in 2003. India has played an active role in extending support for the Palestinian cause across various multilateral fora.
