  @OptimumHelp Hey, my internet is at 60% packet loss and is unusable. Tech support is unable to help. “Bad cable or bad Altice router” they can’t diagnose anything in between. Can’t send a tech until Wednesday. Can you assist in escalating? Can’t work without internet.

  @optimum is it a normal business practice to NOT inform a customer that a tech will not make their scheduled appointment and that they need to call and reschedule? No one on the websites chat or customer service line could answer this. I find it to be very unprofessional.

  @OptimumHelp Optimum disconnected our service claiming we violated a copyright. We asked for the number to fix this and the office they gave us was not open today. We work from home and waiting is not an option. Speaking to customer service operator Mario A. with “Id#ZMX” lmao

  @OptimumHelp @hallmarkmovie channel 193 and #CMT channel 187 have had an error message ER-23 for days now. I did all the troubleshooting with the optimum rep and still not working ??? 193 is one of my favorites. Ugh!!!

  @MSGNetworks @OptimumHelp this is the second hockey game in a row where the sound/announcing is ahead of the gameplay. You need to fix this issue asap; ruining the watching experience
