🫡 Great Facilitators are Mystiques as I have experienced them facilitate. 🙋♂️ Calling my fellow IT professionals who are managers or are getting there or have been there for a while.👨🚀 My hypothesis: The way meetings are done is how the project execution will also be. 💼 Meetings that are done to acheive the expected outcome, within the timeframe and also making the journey easy for attendees. All these three, if you want to see in real life, attend a great facilitator's session. 🙇♂️ Facilitation like programming is a skill that comes with experience and lots of failures and sometimes humiliation. #imho⏰ Start now as the time never stopped, It will keep ticking.#facilitationskills #facilitator #mentoringprogram #iaf International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Lawrence Philbrook, Dir ICA Sharon Honner

Quick!Name one thing you can learn this year that’d benefit you and those you serve. Now, make a list of certifications or courses available for you to take. How about conferences? Quickly jot down what conferences and workshops you can attend about this topic and list them in order of date throughout the year. Most of us set goals for what we’d like to do each year. I’m challenging you to also begin adding goals for things you’d like to learn.#ContinuousLearning #LeadershipDevelopment #ProfessionalDevelopment #LearningGoals
