I really enjoyed my experience here. I am very reluctant to try places when I am away from home, but I needed to make an appointment for a bachelorette party. The team here made sure we were all covered and taken care of quickly and that the quality of service was unmatched. Everyone was friendly and kind. The bride tribe loved their nails. Thanks for getting us all wedding ready.

This was my first visit to this salon and unfortunately I won’t be returning. In the process of taking off my previous polish the lady removing it got a little rough and cut the side of my toe. A day later and I now have a very painful toe infection. I’ll be seeing my doctor due to this, but was very disappointed this happened. I went for a relaxing “day for me” and ended up with a very painful infection.

I have only gone to Happy Nails 3 times since being in Dripping Springs and this time…they definitely disappointed me. I asked for a green gel manicure and was told they didn’t have that color so I was told to get dip. I asked for acrylics instead and was still given dip powder. My dip powder manicure chipped within two days and another nail completely fell off while doing laundry 3 days after getting them done. In addition to all my nails falling off in less than a week, they made an indent with the file from being too rough on the side of my right pointer fingernail. I really wish this appointment could’ve gone better.

Wife went in for Mani and Pedi, I did just Pedi. The person who worked on me did a good job, no complaints at all. HOWEVER my wife’s Pedicurist took twice as long as mine and it became apparent she was unskilled. THEN , during leg massage wife told her to stop as it hurt (wife NEVER turns down a leg massage but she did this time). Cancelled the Mani, paid up and left..not sure we’ll be back. They need to do a better job of training rookies before turning them loose.

This is a really great place. They’re very polite and very kind. They have a point system where you can win rewards. Lots of colors the Bloodstone. Are you clean sometimes complimentary drinks. They get pretty booked up so you can appointment or get here early.

Technician kept pointing to a more expensive pedicure than I wanted and acted like she didn’t understand me when I pointed to a cheaper one. She ran through the pedicure and “forgot” to do the hot towel treatment. I think she was upset that I didn’t pick the more expensive treatment I’m glad I didn’t.

Absolutely awful. Not very clean, but most of all, lie to their clients about wait times, making appointments, Etc. multiple times I’ve come here after making an appointment or being told on the phone then could see me right away and have waited over an hour and had to end up leaving. I’ve heard them straight up like to people on the phone. Just have respect and be honest!! Never coming here again

I really enjoy the experience at Happy Nails & Spa great pedicures and they have a different technique on how to put the critic on your fingernail best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done in 36 years I really enjoyed it shout out to Ms. Austin loved this nail salon … although it’s 3 hours away I think I might have to make that drive
